I thought I'd finally try this place today and even though I balked at the outrageous prices for some of the items, I decided to try it anyway. I ordered nachos and sopapilla's to go. I live nearby so it wasn't long until I was digging in. I noticed that there weren't any chips showing in the nachos but dug in with a fork thinking they were just covered up. Imagine my surprise when I found one (1) single layer of tortilla chips under the mountain of salad and over salted ground beef. Seriously? Just one layer?? I kid you not, it couldn't have even been 10 chips total! It costs $15.39 for these nachos and you skimped out on the cheapest part. What a joke. This place should be called Real Trick Express if thus is your idea of serving people what they paid for. While the sopapillas were okay, it is not enough to overshadow the theft of my money. Never again! I will never waste my money or my time here again and I will not recommend anyone else do so either.
Stopped in for a late lunch. Stepped up to one of those robots & placed my order.
We got the Queso & Chorizo with chips. Corn chips are a personal favorite of mine, gonna need a guac appetizer to go with this next time. I would recommend & couldn’t imagine not getting this again.
Chicken Fajita really worked for me. Flavorful juicy chicken, beautifully sautéed peppers & onions with a side of rice. Man, my mouth wants this as I sit here typing this one up. For real. I remember thinking 15$ was a bit much and probably wouldn’t be worth it, but I can admit when I’m wrong & I would order this again as well.
My Grrl got a Beef Chimichanga with a side of rice, she loved her dish as well. Me, I just like to say Chimichanga 🤙🏼
These guys took pride in their flavors, presentation & hospitality. Gracias. Enjoy your positive review as much as I did my food.
Went here a few days ago and it was great! Prices are a little expensive but you get a drink as well with combos. I got the horchata and paid 1.50 extra for it. Tacos were good and very filling. The birria meat was good and so was the consommé. The queso and salsa is also a must!
Great food. A little pricey for the portion size (in my opinion). Definitely not a ripoff, but I most of the combos start at $16. Got a drink too and ended up at about $20. I'll definitely go back, just not often
I have been driving by and seeing the Taco Truck out front and couldn’t wait to come and try the tacos.
I came here for the first time around the beginning of March. I have to say I was impressed with the workers and how they made you feel welcome. I played it safe and ordered tacos and Beans and Rice.
The food is outstanding, and the staff makes you feel right at home—good food, good people.
My man and I attend this place twice a week. Fresh ingredients, great prices, good chill atmosphere! What else could you ask for honestly? I highly recommend the fried ice cream and especially their flour tortillas tacos! This place leaves you feeling satisfied every time.
WAY too over priced for what you get. I got a burrito (~$11) and two flour tacos (~3$ each).
The tacos were the most disappointing mexican food I've ever seen. First off, the size was a quarter of a normal flour tortilla for each taco and there was nothing beside cilantro on it. I feel that paying $3 for basically meat, cilantro, and quarter of a flour tortilla is nowhere near low enough for what you get.
The burrito on the other hand was a little better for the price but I'd expect to pay about $8 for what was provided, not around $11.
The place itself on the other hand looked very clean, very authentic, and you were even able to take your own order with a simple kiosk. Super cool.
I would avoid eating here unless you absolutely love the food.
This review is for food truck in Shelby Township. Yum! Hot food, ice cold drink. Love it!
